You will receive a reply with the estimated shipping date and shipping costs. Upon confirmation we will ship your order at the required date. 


Handling time for each product is stated at the product listing or requested via email, please refer to each individual product page or email for details. There will be an additional production time for all made-to-order and custom-made items. Customers could get estimated shipping fees for different shipping methods available under the special instruction on the shopping cart page.

Customers will receive an order confirmation email after your order has been placed. A delivery confirmation email with tracking number will also be sent to customers when package has been dispatched.
